FIORENTINA CLASSIC PANETTONE

Characterized by a round base with brown crust. Inside the dough is intense yellow and is soft and alveolate. It smells like candied citrus fruit, raisins and vanilla. Wheat flour, raisins 16%, candied citrus fruit peels 15% (orange and citron peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), butter, pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, salt, enzymes (contains wheat), natural flavourings (contains milk), malted wheat flour, natural vanilla extract from Madagascar beans.
